Innovation through exploration.
CS and Math major at Purdue University researching AI's possibilities to bring joy and wonder through technology.
Driven by curiosity.
Ever since I was little, I have been driven by a thirst for exploration. I dismantled an old VCR at eight, convinced I might find a tiny superhero inside. When none appeared, I was neither disappointed nor deterred; instead, I became more fascinated by how all the parts fit together and how humans could create such intricate machines.
My most defining motivation emerged when my grandfather passed away, and I noticed how lonely my grandmother looked in his absence. That emotional gap made me wish for a "companion" AI that would go beyond performing tasks to actually recognizing people's feelings. This prompted my initial research in Facial Expression Recognition (FER).
Under mentorship at the National Institute of Informatics, I spent four years investigating everything from foundational FER models to advanced datasets, research we eventually submitted to the 2025 IEEE International Conference on Image Processing.
Core Values
- Bringing Joy and Wonder Through Technology
- Human-centered AI development
- Emotional well-being through technology
- Systematic iteration and research
Technical Excellence
Comprehensive skills across modern web development, AI/ML systems, and cloud architecture.
Frontend Development
My technical expertise in frontend development is supported by my personal projects, including this website which was created mainly using Next.js and TypeScript. React was used in BookAiReview, Lemon Discharger Game, and Emotional Friend Chatbot.
Backend Development
My expertise in backend development is built upon my proficiency in Python. Django is used in BookAiReview website to store book reviews. APIs have been key to making my websites more user-friendly with many functionalities.
AI/ML Development
Since grade 10, I have been conducting AI research supported by university professors. My recent research involves higher understanding and implementation of AI model architecture developed specifically for computer vision.
Cloud & DevOps
Listed Technologies have been a strong tool to turn my ideas into real products.
